I am a realtor in the Lost River Valley and I deal with Rodney on a fairly regular basis. It has historically been difficult to get any survey completed in a timely manner, especially where I am located, but Rodney goes above and beyond to make sure that the actual "man on the ground" survey gets done in good time and then gets recorded, which, for me, is the most vital part. Ellsworth and Associates is my go to company for surveys. Thanks fellas

BEWARE !!!!!!! This people are totally a rip off ! I called them to do a survey at my house in rigby, over the phone they told me it will be not more than 600 and so when the saw where the house was located thru google since they only had to mark 2 sides of the house I was told the bill will be even cheaper at around 400. They survey my house and I got a bill for 730.00 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Insane ! I called them to complaint about this ! I was told this much ! they didn't care ! in fact they said sent me 700 and will be fine when they told me 400 !!!!!!!!!! don't use this company if you don't wanna get unexpected bills ! CAREFULL ! They will chew you UP !
