Customer service has slipped a huge amount since Terry retired and Laura left. Information given to laura was no longer available and caused a delay in my medical treatment. Also they didn't double check call back number and it was incorrect so further delay. Finally received meds but had to send someone there to get it. Only a 24hr lapse in treatment. Guess my 8 to 10 scripts aren't enough to cause them to care. Glad I get the high dollar ones somewhere else. Fail big this time. Will need to reexamine the choices I have.

Can't leave a message after hours cuz the phone line is always a busy signal. Service went down hill really bad since new manager took over after Laura.
