Automated help is a joke. It cant understand 1/2 or what you tell it. Wait time is 60 min for an agent. It is not faster. A real person is faster and more efficient. Still cant get an answer to my question bc the automated thing can't handle it or keeps trying to give me the options for carriers. TRYING TO AVOID POST OFFICE DUE TO COVID. STOP TRYING TO MAKE ME COME IN.
