Very professional and friendly office staff. They know who I am every time I call and will come to me for my yearly review, saving me time. They are always looking for ways to save me money on my insurance and are able to explain my options in language I can understand. Recently I had an issue with BSBS when they changed their eye coverage from Eyemed to Davis Vision. Somehow, my vision insurance did not transfer, even though BSBS said it did. Their office handled all the communication between Davis and BSBS on my behalf, saving me untold hours of phone time and frustration. It took several days to be resolved and they kept me updated each day as to the progress. I highly recommend their services.
