I love Ahimsa! They offer a great variety of classes. Each instructor has his or her own unique style, which I appreciate. I have attended classes at both Elmhurst locations. The studios are cozy and welcoming with plenty of props. The Ahimsa app makes it easy to check class schedules and workshop offerings. The front desk staff is always warm and friendly. The Ahimsa Facebook page is regularly updated to reflect upcoming events (and provide inspiration). Ahimsa is a great authentic alternative to the many chain yoga studios in the area, and I love supporting a local business! Keep up the good work.
