Our Cub Scout Pack used this company for years for Arrow of Light arrow kits and plaques. Now all of the sudden they've completely changed and become unreliable and unresponsive. Placed an order for arrows/plaques a month ago and have received no tracking info or the items themselves which might be understandable in the right circumstances except that Arrow Awards Express now won't return phone calls or emails, all the while I've got Webelos needing their kits for an upcoming Arrow of Light ceremony. Extremely disappointed in this turn of events. Our business will go elsewhere from now on, and I'll make sure other Packs in my district and council know this and follow suit.
Aweful customer service. Ordered arrows and not sure if I will receive them in time for our Blue and Gold, or at all. Stay away from this company.
