I was unsuccessful programming a Chamberlain garage door opener. After working with a Chamberlain Tech over the phone, they recommended I replace the device. Menard's, the store I purchased the product from, stole the device from me and accused me of stealing it. I did not have the receipt with me and was only asking for a store credit. I contacted Chamberlain to inform them of how Menard's treated me. Chamberlain sent a complimentary device to replace the loss I had with Menard's. Everyone at Chamberlain that I had contact with was very pleasant, knowledgable, and great to work with. This solution was not one I thought would be available since I did not possess the original product anymore. Thank you Chamberlain for restoring my faith with a large business.
