I purchased a light gray sectional sofa bed. The customer service is excellent. Eventhough it took me several months of paying on it, it was more than worth the wait. It's so comfortable, stylish and the compliments that I receive from friends and family is priceless. I'm looking for a chair and ottoman to purchase next.

We came to this store overwhelmed with previous stores who gave us ridiculous prices and we were really set on a modern looking couch and Mr Kim really worked with our budget I don't know why we didn't come here sooner really nice and welcoming people and very respectful I am hands down happy will be recommending to all our family and friends!!
To be honest, I love their products, its modern and stylish. However, the service is horrible. I ordered sofa, king size bed and night stands, dining table on November, 2017, and they told me it needs 8-10weeks to have these items delivered, which I was fine with it. However, things start going crazy. After a long time waiting, I was so excited when they scheduled a delivery date. But it turned out they made mistakes for ordering a wrong size bed. I had a king size bed, but they ordered queen size. And they told me if I still want the king size bed with the color I picked that I have to wait another 8-10 weeks. Or they have a king size bed with same style but a different color which they can dilivered in few days. I felt so sad that I have to accept the bed with different color, because I already moved to my new house. I needed a bed to sleep. Can you believe that they dilivered 5 times for my order? And the dilivery guy even asked for more tips. Until today, I received my last two items, and it has been nine months. If I didn’t call them to asked if the product arrived, they definitely forgot. So friends, stay away from this store. This is a new company that is unorganized and unprofessional. I won‘t shop in this store again.
