Like many of the 1-star reviews, I had a similar experience my first visit to this dealership. Beware of hidden fees above and beyond the advertised prices. Honestly though, they really made it up to me on my second visit. Connor is an incredibly level, kind, and nice person and they have a great group of staff. Just go in prepared to negotiate and walk away if you have to. The experience I had today was so far from the first time I stepped in there that I’m giving them 5 stars. Connor and Sebastian took care of me. Dave and Mike gave me their warranty and finance spiel, but I had fun! They were both informative and what I expected from a dealership. It may have taken me 2 hrs to buy a car, but I walked out happy and with the car of my dreams. Like any dealership, do your homework before you go so that you’re making informed decisions about the services you do and don’t need. And be patient and kind, then they’ll give you the same respect.

Ed Napleton Acura is the best place to get your vehicle. They work with your budget and try to find the best car. This place made it feel like home. They answered all my questions and helped me with every little to little need. They are trustworthy and very nice.. I worked with Mikey to get my first vehicle and he made it simple, easy, and made me feel comfortable. Now our family owns 2 of their vehicles. Good people. Good deals. Great Service. Mark is absolutely the best here! He was so quick and efficient to find out what our needs were and what would be best for our situation. They really went out of their way to make a plan perfect for us and Mark and Dave are two of the kindest people we have had the pleasure of meeting. From the minute we walked in they so personable and truly want what is best for the customers!
