The staff was very attentive. First time on a first visit you get to actually ask questions and get answers from your doctor. He takes the time to answer every question. Easy access to hospital and parking.

I usually go to the Elmhurst clinic in Oak Park, and although I repeatedly told them it would be extremely difficult for me to get to Elmhurst, the staff insisted I make my ENT appointment here. Barb was wonderful and made me feel comfortable and when the doctor came in, although he seemed rushed, he did take the time to both listen, explain and answer my questions. Although my appointment ended an hour ago, I am still sitting here waiting for the first of 3 buses I need to get back to Oak Park. I really hope I don't have to come back here.

At Cardiac Speciality Center, I was evaluated and treated by Veronica. She is warm. Competent, and clear about what I need to do. Other staff, such as Maria took my vitals and blood painlessly. Reception and valet parking were also friendly and competent.
