Today was my first time ever getting a Brazilian done and boy did it hurt! Lol Ashley took care of me and made sure I was as comfortable as possible and walked me through all the steps. She was very professional and super friendly and made my experience so much easier! The front desk lady (I’m sorry I forgot her name) was such a sweetheart and very welcoming to the clinic. Love this place and will definitely be coming back in 4 weeks. Recommend for sure 10/10!!

Had a Brazilian wax appointment scheduled today. I cleared my schedule, moved other appointments around just to be refused service. I was loudly asked by the receptionist if I took Accutane, so no privacy for my medical condition. My dermatologist has approved for me to continue wax services but they refused. If Accutane disqualifies you from having wax services, they should disclose it up front. A receptionist should NOT be asking medical questions out loud. There should be a form for each person to complete. I’m so frustrated and upset. Do NOT use them; completely embarrassing experience. The manager didn’t even have enough respect to come talk to me personally. I wasted my time and gas.
Keelin is amazing! I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for years and never have been satisfied with results after. Once I tried EWC and booked with Keelin she did an amazing job she introduced me to new products and how to actually take care of my skin after. No joke I’m a new woman down there. I’ve been going there for over a year now and my experience has been great. The front desk ladies are also very sweet every time I come in.
I’ve been going to European Wax Center for a few years now and while I have experienced different wax specialists, Ashley C. stood out! I immediately felt comfortable with her and she did a phenomenal job at easing the awkwardness that can come from taking your clothes off in front of a stranger! Haha.. She makes the experience go by so quickly with great conversation and I look forward to my appointments and laughing the pain (that can come with waxing) away! I am never disappointed with the results as she is very thorough and really does her best, every single time. I highly recommend giving her a visit! Trust me!
I saw another reviewer say that she moved farther away from EWC Elmhurst, but she keeps coming back because of Ashley, and I feel the SAME way! Ashley is SO good at what she does that it's totally worth the longer drive to me. The girls at the front desk are helpful and friendly, too. I'm thrilled to have found Ashley and very happy with this location!
