This is a great gym. There is an infectious warrior spirit here with tempered, mature individuals both instructing and learning. The place has heart, and the people do too. This is where you should go if you want to get stronger and increase your skill set with good humans like yourself doing it right along with ya.

I tried a few other places while looking for a place to learn and train BJJ. I couldn’t have found a better place. Professor Ferro is a tremendous instructor with years of experience and knowledge. What can I say? This place has changed my life. I know, cliche - but the truth is, before I met Anthony Ferro, and before I started training jiu jitsu, I was very overweight, and unhealthy both physically and mentally. Jiu Jitsu has given me something I never had before - a true understanding of myself and a daily, constant challenge, both physically and mentally, that provides me with a realistic knowledge of myself and a healthy check of my ego. Ferro Academy is my home away from home. The people there are not just gym members, not just acquaintances, they are family.
