I've booked a load with Payne Stewart from WI to Cleveland OH , load was scheduled to be picked up on Thursday and delivered on Friday FCFS , when my driver arrived he was told that delivery app has been scheduled for 6pm and the broker is aware of that , when i called him to get this resolved he didn't seem surprised, never called me back , called my driver instead and offered him 150 layover , he knew that this load can not be delivered before 6pm on Friday but he lied in order to booked it otherwise he wouldn't be able to!
Nice people. My trailer was loaded incorrectly and they were cool enough to unload the whole trailer just to get to their few pallets. Saved me tons of time. Receiver A
