My husband is in hospice and I want to say how much I appreciate Sam, who has been delivering and fixing my husband's equipment. His name is Sam. He was out to fix my husband's bed on March 22, 2019. The service, the response, the respect from this young man is to be commended. He has been here numerous times and I hope your company will personally acknowledge his exceptional service. We had a great experience with Integra...My father in law was in hospice and had equipment from Integra. He was seen regularly by one of their respiratory therapists when he was at Forest Villa in Niles. The Integra staff was always prompt, responsive and helpful with our equipment needs and the RT was excellent with her respiratory care. Great people and equipment which were really appreciated during this difficult time.
