Terrible customer service!!!!! The manager instructed the employees to not let me purchase food because I had a small puppy with me secured in a carrier that I was wearing, so there's no way he could get out of it or even touch anything inside the estaurant\. The said \manager\ started yelling at me how this is a restaurant and you can't bring pets into restaurants for even a moment. He didn't allow me to pay and wait outside or even step out and call my order in. The whole ordeal of him raising his voice at me and talking to his employees about me in 3rd person while I'm standing right there took much longer that it would take for me to pay for my food and wait outside the door. Mind you, this is a tiny puppy that I bring with me everywhere, including grocery stores and restaurants. No one ever had a problem with it. Many restaurants owners even let us dine-in with him in the carrier present. And it wouldn't be a big deal if the \manager\ of this place asked me politely to leave, but he straight on raised his voice at me. Jimmy John's just lost a long-term customer and I will be telling all my family and friends to stay away, especially from this location!!

Feel bad leaving a poor review as I've been ordering from here for years. People are generally nice. Unfortunately my order is wrong too often. About the 15th issue in the last 4 years. This time the order was mostly right but they gave me tiny tomatoes for whatever reason. It's frustrating as I like the food.
This jimmy johns used to be my favorite until my recent visit. An employee would not hand me my sandwich just cause I was in a hurry and had my car parked in handicap spot. Now, it would of taken less than 15 seconds to grab my sandwich and leave. Employee decides to make it his problem to not give me my food until I move my car. You guys lost my business cause its not his problem to worry where I park but to make my sandwich.
Completely enjoyed the sandwiches. But staff seem to be in a hurry. Trying to look for a new sandwich I've never had and seem to be pressured to order. We all know the mask wearing will be around for sometime. Suggestion of turning the music down to hear a little better would help.
I like the sanwiches but you now have a 5 delivery charge. I used to tip 5-6 buck to the driver but this delivery i tipped 2 thinking the driver gets the 5 to find out they dont. Shame on your buisness and i feel bad i didnt have extra cash to throw the girl who delivered after finding that out.
