My 1st labor with her was a disaster. Zero patience with me when I had the most excruciating back labor. She could not tell my daughter was stuck in my pelvis and impatiently had me push for four hours blaming me that I wasn’t pushing correctly. It took an OBGYN 1 minute to figure this out and then I had an emergency csection. Worst part is she never came to check on me afterward. She straight up did not care about my well-being or my baby. This was in 2015 so hopefully she has more experience in spotting issues such as Deep Transverse now.

I delivered my first child with Mary Saracco, and by far, she is the best midwife! She spent a lot of time with me and took swift action when she realized I needed an emergency C section. After God, with her help and care, my baby is okay. Will always remember and thank her.

I would have to disagree with the reviews below. I had the worst experience ever in all my years of being seen by healthcare workers. My first visit ever was so unpleasant. She seemed rushed and I felt like she didn’t care. I am so glad I didn’t end up having my annual exam because I wouldn’t have allowed her to touch me. I had my annual in January 2020 with a different provider , it’s now February 2021 and she told me that the annual exam wasn’t needed , yet I was just diagnosed with having the BRAC 1 positive gene. Very disappointed in my visit, it was a waste of time and I feel that others need to know my experience. If you want a professional, caring, midwife during the most important event in your life, Mary is NOT the midwife for you. I will give a positive compliment to the medical assistant Rose. She was so sweet, took the time to understand my needs and was very professional. I really liked her and felt a great connection and compassion for patients like a healthcare worker is suppose to do. Thank you Rose for being the only positive thing that came out of this horrible experience.

She is amazing! Myself being a nurse I know how MDs can be rude and not caring. She is the complete opposite as a Midwife!!! She takes her time to answer every question ! I would recommend her to anyone especially family and friends !!!!
