Dealing with the death of a loved one is arguably the most difficult, emotional times of one's life. However, I can say through personal experience that Bob Chapelle of Pedersen Ryberg Funeral Home has been an angel to many members of my family, including myself, over the last 17 years. Most recently, my Mom and I experienced the loss of two immediate family members within five weeks of each other. Bob's care for our family, attention to detail, and demand for excellence from not only himself but his staff, made a challenging time much more manageable. Bob is well-known throughout the local community because of his impeccable reputation, but most do not know that he is truly an accomplished expert in his field. Only after a loved one is gone and the fog begins to lift is when you realize the gift of closure that Bob gives families.

The staff at Pedersen Ryberg went above and beyond handling all of the details for my mother's preparation and visitation. She looked wonderful and every detail they paid attention to added to the peaceful goodbye we were able to have. Bob did a beautiful job graveside as well and we were all touched. Thank you to the entire staff so much.

Robert Chapelle and his staff are by far the best there is. My mom passed and my dad is almost 94 years old. At one point my dad got so upset I had to take him out of the funeral parlor and into the office. Robert followed, he sat and held my dad’s hand to calm him down. (he also has dementia and was in a wheel chair) When my dad needed to use the bathroom Robert held all the doors open and assisted me a in very good way that was not overbearing but very caring. As far as the facility, it is top notch. Robert even made sure that the singer could sing in Polish ( I had mentioned in passing that my Father loves to talk Polish). Robert made an unpleasant experience so much easier to handle. Robert also never hurried us in any of my important decisions that needed to be made. When we were undecided about some things Robert made a few suggestions that really helped us make up our minds. I would strongly recommend this facility.
