Really clean and organized office. My family (my husband and I, and our 3 and 4.5 year old) have made the switch, and everyone is happy with the level of care and attention that they receive. My 3 year old who is generally hesitant around doctors, chatted him away - and the doctor was patient and kind with him. Really thorough, professional, and clean office. I called to make an appointment for my daughter and reception remembered my son had been in the day before for a sick visit and immediately inquired as to how he was feeling, and I really like that thoughtfulness.

Yes, it’s busy. Yes, it’s pack. Yes, staff may not be equally friendly in all offices. But Dr. Fordham diagnosed correct and refers me for a right treatment. Her bedside manner and experience is superb. You can’t ask for more.

Horrible experience with Dr. Charlotten office, he gives horrible attitude. I am very upset, when he goes to the room and there is a nurse Inside he acts like you are not there, ask the nurse questions that he should be asking you so the nurse starts asking you the same questions!! is very insulting and disrespectful!!
