I’ve been getting supplies from them since 2014 . There top notch without a doubt . I’m from Chicago was in Arizona for a year helping my mom . They sent my supplies there no problems. Never got a messed up order always my right supplies . 5 stars should be 10 stars for my personal dealings

Never send my supplies on time! Never call to let you know there'll be delay or that you need to have your Dr. send another order. Hold time is ridiculous to speak to someone! I'm usually on hold for at least 45 minutes. They send the cheapest supplies they can and you have to get your Dr. to request different brands. They make everything so difficult! I have never received my order on time or at the same times every month and when you call they act like it's your fault for not calling them when the person told me last month I wouldn't have to call because they'd send the same order out as long as I didn't need to change anything.

Showed up overnight and parked in open bay. They were unloading me before I even woke up. Easy to back into and easy out. It's at the end of the Street.

What a terrible place. I wouldn't let my worst enemy do business with shield healthcare. Absolute bottom of the barrel. Couldn't get any worse if they tried.
