Total Window Treatments is amazing! We recently moved to Elmhurst and needed window treatments for our entire house. I first visited Karen's store in person where Karen, herself, asked all the right questions to understand our needs and our budget. Karen offered numerous options which helped me to narrow things down. Then Karen, personally, came to our home to take precise measurements and - unlike other vendors in town - she did not charge a dime for this service. Karen is like shopping with a friend - always respectful and never pushy. She helped us compare and contrast various options and we eventually selected beautiful, high-quality Hunter Douglas blinds that match our color scheme and budget - all at a price lower than three other vendors we spoke to. Karen sent Eric to do our installation and I was amazed how fast, friendly, efficient, and neat he was! We couldn't be happier! Thank you, Karen!
