Staff is very friendly and helpful. I have shopped at this location and the one in Ithaca. I have been waited on by 1 female employee and 4 or 5 male employees and I appreciate that they don't approach me as though I'm a girl who doesn't know anything about my car. (I don't know much but I can do simple maintenance tasks.) I mention this because I have had it happen elsewhere. They are always helpful when I have questions and the Ithaca location was great about the exchange when I bought a couple of defective headlight bulbs. I also appreciate that they are open evenings and weekends.

No complaints. Rarely busy. You'll get in and out without waiting in line and if you need help, knowledgeable staff is on hand. I also really like that for most simple services, battery check/replacement, fluid fill, wiper replacement, etc... the staff will do these things for you. I went to this location is my business attire, which is full suit and large, expensive coat, needing a fast wiper change in bad weather. They made a recommendation specific to the weather in our area (turned out to be spot on) and seeing I wasn't exactly dressed for the procedure, offered and executed the woper change for me. I slide the guy a 20 on my way out, but I suspect that isn't required or expected. Well worth a visit to this location. No work you need to have done in your car is as hard as you think. Stopping here, asking questions, buying the material and doing it yourself (or having them do it) saves big bucks!

Employees are not very helpful at this a location. Was handed the wrong part twice and then when I told both workers that it was wrong, they started to argue with me. The store was clean and nice and neat. That's why they got 2
