By far the best Canadian Tire location I have ever shopped at. The staff are actually knowledgeable about products and inventory, and customer service is excellent. I have never had less than top-notch experience here. As an older style store it can be a bit cramped at times, but is well stocked with most items.

I was very happy to find the Christmas lights i was looking for. I now have enough to finish my tree in the back yard. Also the staff were really helpful in finding the windshield de-icer in need for my car.
Curbside pickup option is in desperate need of improvement! I ordered a product online and went to pick it up. The product that I received was not what I had ordered, so I asked to have it exchanged. The employees were super nice about it, but said that the manager will not allow them to exchange it for me; so I will have to order it online again and wait for an hour. I asked to speak to the manager then. When the manager finally did come out I could tell that she was in a terrible mood. She kept insisting that this was my problem and not hers. (Thanks to the employees that told me that the website is incorrect!) She finally did give in and let me purchase the right product at the entrance. I will have to return what they gave initially once they open the store. Thanks to the employees for your efforts! But the manager should consider improving her customer service skills!
It was actually nice to get help from this lady that went the extra mile to help me find something. If you need assistance, ask a older more experienced employee because you get better customer service.
