We ordered online from Chervin, and went in knowing what we wanted. Jody was able to answer all of the questions we had about very technical aspects of our new bedroom suite. He was excellent in knowing his client's needs and expectations and at doing his best to meet them. He was always pleasant to deal with and professional. We love our new Brookfield bedroom suite!!! It is simply gorgeous and looks stunning in our bedroom. It is also sturdy and well made. Chervin's prices are also very attractive. This is a family business and provides the type of service you would expect in a quaint town like Elmira. The delivery team was exceptional led by Carter. They were prompt, careful, polished in dealing with clients, knowledgeable about the product and practical in their approach without sacrificing quality. We look forward to visiting Chervin in person next time!

Extremely satisfied with our new Palliser couch and Vogel chair. The items were delivered sooner than expected, and the delivery staff were great--as were the sales staff. Looking forward to visiting your interesting showroom in the future to find a coffee table.
