I am very disappointed with the delivery of my washer and dryer. I was never told that both wouldn't be delivered on 3/17/21 at the same time because it is a gas dryer? Paid for everything including hauling away both old units, all items to hook up both units and enough delivery people to carry them upstairs and stack them and install. When I called Lowes in Big Flats they told me it showed I would be picking up myself after I paid to have it delivered and the removal of both the washer and the dryer. At this time after spending over 2400. I am doubtful I will get my delivery and that there won't be any problems with the removal of old units, the hookup of my new washer and gas dryer and that they will put them upstairs in my laundry room and stack them. Very disappointed and not sure at this time if I will be purchasing from Lowes in the future

Customer service gets worse here by the day. Better quality and your local hardware store. Prob better prices to.

worst looking store i been in yet. product in wrong places more empty slots than full. Even found product plainly and visibly damaged on the shelves. Newsflash NOBODY WANTS SHEETMETAL THATS BENT AND DENTED BEYONG USE.

Very much appreciate curbside pickup. Ordered and paid online, used the app to check in once I arrived, and two very nice young men brought my order out and loaded into my car.
