Can't be happier in deciding to have Rick to inspect a house that I was considering to buy. I was present at the time of the inspection, asking him a lot of questions. He was friendly and willing to answer all of my questions patiently. He spent about 4 hours inspecting every single detail of the house. He even climbed the roof, which is not common among inspectors as far as I know. In the end, he provided me with a detailed report that was over 30 pages long and contained about 100 pictures. And he provided all of this at a discounted price. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality and value of his service.

Rick is very nice guy. Completely honest and helpful gave really good advice and his honest opinion
Absolutely terrible experience. Rick Paul refused to offer me service because he thought I was one of 'those people from LA.' He asked me if my salaried position was 'volunteer' and told me I had to get my own background check before he would work with me. When I finally convinced him to show me a rental property he never showed up for the appointment.
Rick Paul is a slumlord.. Dont ever rent from him. He never fixes anything and charges way to much for his dumps.
