have had several negative comments made towards myself a senior lady made directly from the head pharmacist Stephen and derogatory comments made towards my disabled grandson during a conversation about how with a full staff it would take them over five hours to fill a simple prescription refill. furthermore I was told I wouldhave to wait outside for the multiple hours due to covid all the while the pharmacist refused to wear a face mask while having a conversation no more then two feet away from my face. I would never recommend supporting this location during these hard times while they treat loyal customers like burdens on there day

Staff is almost always friendly and helpful. Can save money on several items and later hours are convenient. Minus one star as stock levels for the milk are often lacking, especially for homogenized milk. See attached photo for state of the milk area on my last visit including ripped open bags just left lying on the rack. Surely this could be better.
I was inquiring about the ps5 at the Shoppers Drug Mart in Elmira, and i was told to call them at noon and receive updates regarding new shipments. I made a call to them, the employee claimed to not have any in-store and will not be receiving them. I made another call a few hours later after learning of ps5 shipments and was curious of the status of Elmira's location. I made another call and was informed they had received a shipment today and the original employee had no knowledge of this... They tell me a way to obtain this console through them and their workers cant even figure out if the console is in the store. Worst staff, no common-sense whatsoever. No stars if possible

My husband and I were on this past weekend and in needing a cart we're advised in a time of an ongoing pandemic, they do not offer disinfectant wipes for the cart!! Of all the places to offer this, I would think it should be a drug store! Every grocery store I know offers it and where would sick people like logo first? Very disappointed. Then on 2 separate occasions we needed to move out of the way of staff going by without an apology or 'excuse me' and while there were clearly an alternate way around, the staff chose to interrupt our shopping to go by. Costumer service costs nothing people and can make or break the customer experience. If this was the first time, I would not have posted but this. I would like to mention the ladies at cosmetics counter are the exception. They usually provide a warm greeting, thanks goodness they are at the door as you come in. Keep up the good work ladies.
