Thank you to Jamie and Darcy. Darcy helped us pick out our flooring, Lindsay called me to say one was on back order. I went back to store, and Jamie gave me top notch attention to figuring out a solution. He made a few calls for me so that I was satisfied with my final decision. A week later, I was leaving on holidays. I stopped in and Darcy assured me he would let Jamie know I was away and it would be perfect timing if they could get started. They did. I returned, moved stuff from one room to another and they returned the next day to finish. I love my flooring. They worked very hard to complete and answer my questions in a timely fashion, in time for the painter to start. I told them I will be back to pick out my back splash because I could only handle one step at a time. LOL. Senior here.
