The customer service was excellent, but after seeing so many good reviews I gave it a try for a smaller cake piece called “Red Velvet”. I don’t know how long it would have been sitting there for but the cake crust was really hard and not even soft, didn’t feel like having it after 2 spoons of bite. I don’t know what have changed the taste, but it wasn’t at all to the expectations what I have had from the stores.

This is a delightful bakery. A wonderful assortment of pastries, breads, cakes and cookies. It’s hard to decide what to get every time I go here for dessert!
Hands down...they make the best Carrot Cake I have ever had. Their cookies are amazing too. They never disappoint.
Extremely disappointed. I came here today because of the good reviews. I chose this bakery to buy my mom a birthday cake, a strawberry shortcake, her favorite cake. Sadly it was terrible. Strawberry Shortcake is supposed to be made with fresh strawberries instead they used cheap strawberry jam. Also, strawberry shortcake is supposed to be made with chantilly cream (whipped cream) instead they used some other type of frosting. This was by far the worse strawberry shortcake I’ve ever had. It’s extremely disappointing because this was a birthday cake for my mother and sadly she couldn’t even enjoy it and it will go to the trash. The workers here also weren’t wearing gloves. Maybe they just don’t know how to make strawberry shortcake and are better with other baked goods I don’t know, but after tasting their strawberry shortcake I would be scared to try anything else so sadly I cannot recommend this bakery.
An awesome Italian bakery that is never disappointing, with a staff that is very friendly, attentive, personable and accommodating. I started frequenting this bakery in 2019, ordering their connoli cakes, and their Italian butter cookies as gifts. The taste and presentation was a hit. This bakery has become my go to, and I highly recommend. Everything about this bakery is stellar.
