We highly recommend Authentic Window Design – Frank, Maggie and Miguel and his installation team. Frank visited a couple of times, listened carefully and was invaluable in helping us navigate the many component options for 8 replacement windows in an old city townhouse. Maggie efficiently coordinated the project and the resulting windows (Marvin Elevate and Signature) were installed by Miguel and his team. Their attention to detail – from excellent prep to thorough clean-up, professional workmanship and general courtesy and cheerfulness – made the mid-December installation painless (in spite of a snowstorm mid-way through)! We couldn’t be happier with the result. The windows look lovely inside and out, and provide much better insulation from the elements and noise. Thank you!

AWD has been my supplier of of easy to complex Marvin window designs for the past 10 years. I would not trust my designs for Marvin with anyone else.
There are many choices one can make when purchasing windows. When we began our research we found AWD. From the website to the initial conversation and walk through, to the estimate, measuring and installation, all were professionally done. We were relieved to replace our old drafty windows and thankful to have had it completed by experts. Frank Kelly is a gentleman and I would highly recommend working with him and his team.
Authentic Window Design did an excellent job. We had three windows installed and they were completed by 3:00pm and the place looked as though they were never there. They were very thorough, professional and reasonable. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them!
