Awful! I was trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient. They asked the name of my insurance, and stayed it they would get back to me. I waited two days, no one called. I called them, and they claim I wasn’t covered under that insurance. Not true! Why did they need to check my insurance before scheduling an appt? I thought that usually comes after determining what needs to be done. I don’t think I am interested in their services. They seem a little shady to me. Perhaps their not taking people of color?

This office is horrible, terrible service. Their equipment very old, the dentist need to keep asking the assistant where everything is because they keep borrowing from office to office. Dr. Min, did a crown and I had to go back four times to fix it, the first time it fell out, the second time they did it and it was too high, they did it for the third time and now it is giving me pain and a bad smell come from the crown and when I went back to the office, the new dr. who saw me he said the way to fix it is by removing it and do a new one but that it was going to be expensive, and when I told him that they did it at his office, he said or “ I have to call you back because the owner is not here” and them I found out the owner was him, He bought the place from Dr. Wasserber, and he never called me back. The dentist who did my bad crown is still there and they are very irresponsible. They are very dishonest, one time I paid in advance by credit card and I cancelled the appointment and they said they have to talk to the owner to see if he wanted to reimburse me by check and I have to put a dispute to get my money back. Do not go there, it is very bad.
Horrible, just money seekers.
