This place used to be a really fantastic place to grab a sandwich or other deli food but I believe they have changed owners and it has really gone down hill. The sandwiches are extremely expensive even though they use very cheap cold cuts on the sandwich and I know they are cheap because I worked in a deli for years. I once ordered an Italian combo from there and it came with a very interesting combination of ham roast beef salami and jalapeño peppers. NOT Italian at all! Even a simple grilled chicken sandwich is disgusting the chicken is so dry you can barely chew it. Needless to say I’ve given this place ample opportunity to prove itself and I will not be eating here ever again.

Small deli in Elmsford with a mind boggling number of items on its menu, and even more mind-boggling names for its many creations. The whole wall behind the counter is crowded with signs listing items, prices, and specials. Portions here are satisfyingly adequate, and the prices are alright for Westchester. Cash is preferred as there is a surcharge for your card. There is a seating area to eat and watch the news. Everything is freshly assembled and the line is efficient. Parking is free out front, so you can take your time to eat.
I had called earlier today and ordered a couple of sandwiches. Drove all the way there, it’s about a 20 minute drive for me, and it was closed. The lights were off and the door was locked. I don’t know who answered, but she did not say anything about them closing; she just took my order. It was a complete waste of my time, I’m just glad I didn’t pay for it over the phone. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.
Terrible terrible terrible. I’ve been an Elmsford resident for over 20 yrs and a customer here for as far back as I can remember. Always raved about their sandwiches and breakfasts. Seems that Frank and the original crew are gone and replaced with a very poor substitute. They can’t even make the simplest breakfast sandwich and seem to make up prices as no prices are posted. The signage is still there as well as Frank’s extensive sandwich menu but don’t let that fool you. The new owners don’t know the first thing about making a good sandwich. Such a shame!! Miss you Frank and Crew!! ️
Did this place recently sell and is under new ownership? I have been coming here for years and never had a problem. Everyone seemed clueless as to what was going on. Waited 20 mins for a sandwich on a Sunday and it wasn't even correct. The deli case is practically empty with knock off products. Really sad to see
Ham egg and cheese now only comes with one piece of ham. A second piece is 1.75 extra. I used to come here when it was Frank's like the other reviews will need to find a new deli.
Check your burger. Have them cut it in half before you accept it. There's a difference between raw and rare. I ordered a well done burger, got a raw one. Shame because it started out very good. Since I was really hungry I had to toss it out and go to Wendy's. If I had the time I just would have microwaved it till it was done but I had 2buy 2 lunches instead.
