Just found out I was overcharged by Barbara for parts. Very disappointed to have discovered this. I thought the service department was trying to look out for me in this situation.

I was very disappointed by the level of service I received. The dealer didn't lift a finger to try to help me resolve an annual service issue with Jaguar corporate. "Here's the number -- you can call them" was as far as they were willing to go. We recently moved to New York from out of state (having leased the vehicle before we moved), so I was also looking for a new dealer to use for regular service. Clearly that's not going to be White Plains.
