I’ve had the pleasure of being able to work with Maureen in a previous job. She was an amazing leader and taught me so many valuable things about working in child care. She always went out of her way to make sure the children had the best days and parents felt at ease. She is going to be a great asset to Lightbridge!
So far, my daughter has been really enjoying this program. The staff are attentive and responses. The hours are great as both my husband and I work long hours. My toddler looks forward going there in the morning and I love when she brings her activities home! She gets a nicely structured program there that encourages her learning.
We love Lightbridge! Our 15mo old daughter has been enrolled since they opened in October. We were very hesitant about putting her in daycare due to Covid but after visiting and talking at length with Maureen (the Director) about it, we felt so much more comfortable. They are taking every possible precaution and its great for our daughter to interact with other kids her age. They have a beautiful brand new facility and a great curriculum, even for the infants. I love that they are already learning sign language and Spanish words. This is our first child and first experience with daycare. The entire staff has been wonderful, providing feedback and always patient to walk through any questions I've had a long the way. Cant recommend enough!
I have worked with the Director Maureen at another school she was my Executive Director/Supervisor. Maureen was a great leader she was supportive, honest and always had high expectations for me. Maureen is a hard worker, outgoing and gets the job done and in a fast paced environment that required so much of me it was great to have her in my corner. I am excited to see all of the things that Maureen will accomplish with this new school!!!
I just started working at Lightbridge Academy and I’m in love. It is so different from the other child care centers I have worked at. Since starting here I have trained on all their cleaning policies, safety, and their curriculum. They really are more than just a daycare. I’m so excited to be apart of this community.
