Authentic Neapolitan Pizza from a food truck? Sounds strange at first, but the pizza nothing short of incredible. Served from a wood-fired oven sitting on the back of an old Chevy flatbed, Pizza Luca's pies showcase strength through simplicity and the value of traditional cooking. You aren't going to get a loaded pie here; that's not why you're there. Neapolitan style pizza is expertly cooked with few - but quality- ingredients. The result is a pizza that is light, crisp, and absolutely delicious. If you've never had Neapolitan Pizza - or even if you have- I heartily recommend you give this food truck a try.

Never did I think that some of the best pizza in my life would come from a wood fired stove mounted to a truck, but Pizza Luca exceeded my expectations. Excellent execution on neopolitan style pizza with premium ingredients (e.g. buffalo mozzarella). Convenient contactless ordering payment online.

My family loves eating Pizza Luca sitting on the tailgate watching traffic on Route 100. Their secret is the sauce, which is deliciously salty. My advice is eat it on site while it's hot out the oven.
