Very disappointing at this attempted visit 5/20 at 9:15pm. Cashier was learning and trying. The Manager/Asst. Mngr. was less than helpful. Asked for spicy, said it at least 4 times, ‘you have spicy.’ Tried to substitute an extra side of pities instead of biscuits, which I’ve done before. Mgr told him we don’t do that. They were packing my bag with chicken. I heard them tell group of women who ordered, no more spicy. I asked if mine was spicy, Mgr says no mild. Really? Ticket said spicy. Trying to pull a fast one. REFUND!! No apology, no form of acknowledgement. Other lady told them she was leaving too.

I normally love Popeyes and see it as a treat. Today they really let me down. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they left it out of the order. When I called for a refund, they apparently don't do refunds and requested that I go back in person to get the food. I don't live near so this isn't really possible right now and would be completely out of my way. Now I have to eat microwaved nuggets for dinner.
I went in not knowing what tome they closed and they were closing in 20 minutes. They were so nice and accommodating that I asked who the manager and it turned out to be the person that helped me, his name was Cameron and Donald made my sandwich. I take time to call out bad service and feel as strongly about good service. They were AWESOME!
Service was not so good on this visit. Seems my order was taken but forgotten and when I finally got my order which was almost 40 minutes later, I had to go back for my fries which was not in the bag. Hopefully, the service will be better next time. The food is good tbo.
Tried this place for the first time this evening. No complaints about the food.... spicy chicken sandwich, fries and coleslaw was great. However, I feel the manager needs to work on his customer facing skills. A little abrasive and really didn’t make me feel welcome. I watched him treat the next three customers exactly the same way. Maybe he was just having a bad day.
Justin and Emmanuel were so helpful when I needed help checking for allergens and Maria was so welcoming. The food was delicious! Thanks!
Very small space, have to wait too long after purchasing your food, to get it. And I think , they are too expensive. When you purchase a regular or spicy chicken sandwich, their is no way to know the difference, between both of them, because it is not mark.
Didn't know there was one so close so I had to try the chicken sandwich! Wow! MAN! That was a Chicken sandwich. It was the hulk of chicken sandwiches. All white meat chicken and very hearty. The sauces weren't great but the mash and biscuits were delish. Even had a apple pie.
