Rockman Windows and Doors were a great help in my project for new double entry french doors. Bob Shulman was my first point of contact and he was excellent in corresponding with me and assisting me throughout the process. The entire team at Rockman was courteous and professional from the beginning through to delivery. I would definitely recommend Rockman Windows and Doors.

To anyone considering working with Rockman Windows And Doors. My relationship with them dates back to 2016 when I first met Jason and visited his showroom. Our Architect made the original introduction. At the time I also met with representatives from Anderson and Marvin but felt the connection I made with Jason and his team was a stronger one. Coupled with the look and feel of the Weathershield Modern Product we made the decision to move forward with Rockman. During phase one of our project they they were a pleasure to work with. From delivery, to care instructions including painting every unfinished edge of the window to maintain its warranty, and any necessary repairs needed to be made they were there every step of the way. We started phase 2 in September of 2020 and this time I took over as the Construction Manager/General Contractor of our project. There have been multiple visits by Scott Gardiner one of Rockman's project managers to our site. From planning, confirming rough openings, functioning window swings and doors to working with us on onsite changes they covered all with the Can Do Attitude. They also hit their deadlines with us and Scott was at every delivery to make sure all went as planned. All in all it has been a great relationship and as far as customer service goes they are one of the best vendors I have had the pleasure of working with. I would like to start with that the only 5 star reviews here are from Bill Knight and Jason Shulman. SPOILER!!! THOSE GUYS ARE ROCKMAN MILLWORK giving them selves five star reviews. Rockman Millwork, they will happily take your money but when things don’t work good luck. So far its been over a year of false promises, no phone calls returned, emails ignored and Im stuck with a bill for a warranty repair on brand new sliding doors. Beware, hand your money over to a respectable company. Not one that has to falsely review it self on google to deceive potential customers.
