Very unreliable! Tried to make an appointment and every time that I was given a time to meet with the owner he never shows up. Every time I called to find out why he did not show up he had a different story. He is very rude too. Please don’t waste your time here. Not worth it.

Last year I got stuck with a late fee because he never sent my returns. I figured this could happen to anyone although people told me that since this is his sole job, this should never happen. I still didn’t hold it against him and figured he would just take the amount off what I owe him this year. this year I have been calling and leaving messages to make an appointment for a month. My calls were never returned! I stopped by the office at 2pm on a Tuesday and they were closed. Finally today (Sunday) someone answered and told me they were not taking anymore customers. I told them I had been calling and I left messages they never returned. Her response was sorry. I told her I was a repeat customer and repeated that I had been calling for many weeks. Her answer again was we’re too busy and won’t take any more people
