Give you work orders late and expect you to rush to get it done but the pay is garbage. And you never see the actual work order, they just tell you what the job pays and it’s always less than half the industry standard. Very pushy people.

Do your research before working for this company, either as a vendor or in house employee. You DO NOT want to work for them under any circumstances. Check out the multiple reports posted about them on Ripoff. The company is going out of business and can't afford to pay their vendors. If you haven't been paid for jobs, file liens - the clients and banks will find out and demand that SLS pay you immediately. Their contract is not legal and can't actually stop you from filing liens. They couldn't afford to take you to court anyway. It works, I promise.

We too had the same experience with them. They owe me in excess of 1,300.00 that was an on the spot approval for shrub trimming and tree trimming. I too have all the info to prove this. They tried to pay me 18.29.I to had to threaten to press charges, walla i was paid for some still waiting on my 1300. BTW 6 months after i quit, they sent that 18.29 check!

Worst work experience of my life. I was a vendor for them for about 6 weeks from early June to mid July. I still have not been paid for any work and it has been 51 days since my first job. Lets just say i was constantly misinformed, lied to and nobody at this company was willing to help me in the way i needed or ever really give me a clear answer on most things. If you want to find out about your payments the only way you can do that is through emailing their accounting department, who does not have a number you can reach them on. They only reply to about half my emails and their management department will not connect you to them. This company is literally an endless game of loopholes. They will find reason after reason to not pay you for certain jobs and always make you go back to properties and do follow ups, even if it wasnt your fault. If you want to be stressed out, lose money and be underpaid for the jobs you do actually get paid for then work for them. I am about to take legal action if they don't cooperate and pay soon.

I have been doing work for SLS for over 2 years now and although they are not perfect they are much better than some of my other clients. They use to pay twice a month but over a year ago their managers changed and they switched to every WEEK. I don't work for a single other company that pays weekly. One you get over the first 45 days you are paid EVERY Wednesday. Sometimes they make payment mistakes but when I ask about it they are usually fixed. This industry is filled with thefts and crooks and SLS is a company that I have no problem working for. I guarantee that everyone who has a issue with them didn't do their job correctly or doesn't understand allowables. They give me about 60 - 80k worth of work each year and they are very consistent. If you are looking for more work I would recommend working for them. Not to mention if you get bid approvals they have no problem buying the supplies (appliances/carpets/cabinets) and you just do the work. -Tony

Dont to business with them they will cheat you they are not for there vendors they want you yo work and keep sending you back to properties over and over and than say no pay ...They are scams.....Im being so truthful
