Incredible focus on both customer and timely service on all fronts. After my engine light popped on, I was able to quickly make a next day appointment for diagnostic while also receiving a loaner vehicle which allowed me to not miss any hours at work. They are with the times technologically, provide instant updates via text and email as well as a more than thorough breakdown of urgent attention items to items of potential concern down to regular maintenance suggestions based on history and mileage of the vehicle. There was no pushy approach to tackling any of the listed items and they are even open to suggesting a tactical approach to completing items over time. When it came time to get the major repairs completed, they were very accommodating in meeting my requests while again providing a loaner. The work was completed as quoted, which was a big win since there were no extra surprises on the bill. They have even since followed up to ensure satisfaction was met. Bert's team should be your first choice and know that you can trust all your service needs to be met with honesty and appreciation. Thanks Kevin and Robert!

I am consistently pleased with the service I receive at Bert’s. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. My car was actually ready before the time we had agreed to which is amazing. In addition to an oil change and installation of my winter tires, I had under car oiling done. They cleaned the film off my windows before pick up!
