Tonight I ordered through New Orleans in Elora on my way home from work. I've never order from new Orleans in Elora. There was a young girl working, and she was absolutely fantastic. Super polite and had a bubbly personality. I asked her name, and it was savnna. Definitely a very friendly face to see, at New Orleans Pizza. keep it up New Orleans Pizza!

First and last time I order from here. I’m new to elora and called to place an order, lady on the phone was extremely rude. I ordered anyway and when I got there there was an older lady which seems to be the same one that had answered my call and continued to be rude. No greeting when I walked in, basically threw the pizza on the counter, had an attitude as if I had done something to her. Not sure what her problem is but she needs to go. Based on other reviews it seems this was not just a one time occurrence. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but Hopfully management sees this and does something about this. And if she is management I highly recommend it’s time to do something else. Customer service is NOT for her.
The old lady working here was super rude, I don’t usually take time to post reviews but she was something else, it was my first time at New Orleans Pizza so was a bit confused but her attitude made it only more difficult for me. Hope it improves.
I am grateful this store was open to ease my craving for pizza! The lady behind the counter was super friendly and the apple fritter!! Five stars alone for just the apple fritter alone!
If I would like to give zero for this place I would like to do that. I come here so frequently and Most of the time I would like to buy cheese pizza slice. They never ever keep the cheese pizza slice and I have to order small pizza for my little one. I don’t like to give this review but it’s too much. Every time you says to customer “no” and showing an attitude. Hopefully they will improve their service with customer satisfaction.
