Just absolutely love this place. The beef cheek terrine was awesome. The scones, both sweet and savoury, were fantastic. I love their strawberry jam and herb butter. My ctrl alt delete tea was very aromatic. Pleasantly surprised with rhubarb fused so well with the smoked salmon. Will absolutely come back again.

I love this place! Very cozy and artsy. I had coffee creme brulee and tea were so awesome. Staffs were also kind and welcoming.
Today I visited Elora and enjoyed some desserts and juice at the Wild Tart, with my family. The staff was super nice, respectful and considerate. The place was so clean and cozy. We truly enjoyed being there and loved the calm music. At this critical juncture of our life due to this pandemic, we have to support these restaurants and local businesses and at the same time, these businesses need to go extra mile to welcome their customers and offer superb service; like what this restaurant did. I’m surprised to read some of the negative reviews here, nonetheless the owners response indicates that they care for customer service and respond. This is truly appreciated! One suggestion to the owners is to simplify and organize the menu to be easily navigated. Other than that, you are doing great. Thanks.
Classy and a cosy place to hang out with friends and family! High quality tea and cute food! Highly recommended!
Stopped by the Wild Tart in Elora today for their scrumptious afternoon tea. The place is spacious, clean and has a great, relaxing lounge/tea room vibe. There’s also a really nice patio in the back. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. We were greeted and seated promptly even though we didn’t make a reservation. For tea we had the verbena blues tea, a light, soothing brew that changes color from a deep blue to indigo-pink once you add lemon to it. The finger sandwiches were delectable and very fresh. We split the tea among two people and the portions are great if you are not very hungry. The scones were warm, fluffy and golden and served with their cream, preserves and herb butter (for savoury ones) were absolutely delicious. The desserts were AMAZING. Like spiritually heal you amazing. Like make your tastebuds travel to another dimension amazing. There were four desserts that came with the tea and each was an experience in itself. Every forkful had multiple layers of flavour and texture going on. I loved how they weren’t overwhelmingly sweet, but focused on other notes as well such as citrus and bitter chocolate. Overall, absolutely wonderful place for a leisurely tea or lunch. Highly recommended and will visit again. And again.
I would give a 4.5. I ordered the pumpkin spice latte and it truthfully wasn't very pumpkin spicey at all but otherwise was decent. The saving grace for a 5 star was the kind owner and super delicious croissant (must order) and the super interesting carrot muffin made in the style of lemon cake. Very very very good baked goods.
A must visit if touring Elora and even a bigger gem if you're local. Out of this world innovation, quality and flavour with the patisseries. Don't head in just to appease your sweet tooth, the meals are incredible and prepared with equal attention. Service is always great with welcome smiles and making you feel at home. Great atmosphere for dining in (especially if you can enjoy patio season) but take away is an option if looking to explore the res rock Elora.
We ordered savoury afternoon tea. It comes with a pot of tea and food in the picture. All the food is great. For tea, I got ctrlaltdelete and I really love it! My husband ordered Turkey Brie Melt. It has layers of flavours that matches perfectly and exited the tongue. I really recommend everyone come and check this place out. The food will surprise you! Only thing I wanna talk about is service. We sit on patio and it was a bit chilly that day. The waitress didn’t check back us that often. We couldn’t reach her out when we wanted to get our tea refilled. Service was a bit slow as well maybe because that was a busy Saturday.
