I try to only write positive reviews but there's nothing positive to say about my disappointing experience with Lunasigns. I just needed some labels made, small job, I had to provide my own labels, not a problem, I dropped them off. several days went by, I hadn't heard anything so I inquired & my messages were responded to so I didn't mind waiting, but after a few more days turned into a week, I inquired again and haven't heard another word, even when I asked for my blank labels back. I was hoping I had found a good local print shop because I occasionally need large canvas prints for my photography, but now I'm looking elsewhere.

I have used Lunasigns for a number of small orders that no larger shop would handle. Small runs of custom screen-printed T-shirts, Individual custom mugs, screen printing on umbrellas that required a special additive to adhere to the nylon, and dye-sublimination prints on polyester safety vests. Cleanup of my artwork was included and I got exactly what I was expecting for great prices and in a reasonable time frame. I will not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Since January I've been waiting for a batch of shirts that I put 200.00 down on and all I've been getting is the run arounds and excuses now she doesn't even reply to my texts and blocked me on facebook I picked her because she is a small local business owner I guess I'll see u in court please do not order from her it's not worth the stress
