Unorganized!!! They lost my citation and told me that it is not there and that they’re going to call if they found anything....couple of months later!!! They suspended my driving license and my registration and now i have to pay 380 when its not my fault from the beginning because I called on the exact appointed date to pay the fine but they told me there is no ticket under my name!!!

I had an unpaid ticket that went to collections and my license was suspended... I called and the woman who answered the phone was beyond helpful! I wasn’t able to go to eloy due to work because I live in Tucson so she suggested I write a letter to the judge and overnight it for faster results. A couple days later I called back and I had an arrangement set up and my licenses suspension was lifted! I’m very happy and very appreciative of the woman who answered the phone and took the time to help me without any attitude! I called other courts not knowing to well what was going on with my ticket and they all sounded annoyed with my questions... but anyways, the lady who answered the phone made this all a pleasant experience!

WORST COURT EVER. I dont even know how this place has the right to sentence, fine, and judge people when they cant even keep track of there own files. Good luck trying to call them also they never answer.

Been trying to call them for months now. would love to hear back from anyone in the court house. literally been trying to reach some one since november...... not impressed with how this court does not return phone calls.
