Not a greating from 3 sales persons as I entered the store 2 weeks ago. I waited 10 minutes to pay my purchase. The customer service was despicable. I'm standing in front of them, 1 cashier busy on her screen, 1 on the phone and 1 cashing a client, all 3 of them to busy to at least acknowledge my presence. Basically to busy to great incoming clients and invite them to wait... I mentioned it to them on my way out so they can try to improve... I won't return there...

One of the few shops where staff is very available. I was offered the benefit of an exclusive offer, with the code i'd receive by email. Given that these emails were in Dutch, i couldnt find it on the spot, but the sales person was patient and helped me go through everything, looked me up in their database and gave all the assistance and her available time for me to get what i want with the offer included. I totally recommend it. They listen to you, girls are super helpful to recommend and give advice, they play on the customer's side.
