I called to verify what I saw on line was still there, it was. I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and the sales staff was busy assisting many customers. I was able to test drive the truck I was interested in. We negotiated a sale price. I returned Monday to finish the paper work and drove off with my new truck. It was a pleasant experience.
