Absolutely terrible service. I placed a claim 2 months ago and have been just getting a run around with these guys. They don't follow up and they are very rude on the phone if you start to question them. I contracted them thru home warranty and now stuck with them. Very disappointed
Well we've had service done one time. They did a good job.we had them come out to repair trash compactor . Said it needed a part.they left and never came back to repair. We decided to try again to use there service, we made apt for today to fix two dishwashers. Regardless to say no show . This is very bad for business. If they don't want our business they should say they're booked or something. I'm very disappointed in this company
Bobby is the best appliance repairman I have used. My dishwasher has not been drying my dishes for over a month and Bobby came over today, quickly identified the problem, and ordered the part. The process was quick, easy, and efficient. Thank you!
