I know our Taco Bell doesn't have the best reviews, but that is due to the lack of quality from workers. I purchased 3 party packs (12 tacos per pack) along with other food. I was asked to pull around to the side and they would bring my order out. I waited for 30 minutes and no one ever brought my food. I went inside to ask how much longer it would be. Someone I knew was working and she said she just got there and was starting my order now. I explained I had been waiting for 30 minutes and she apologized for it. She informed me she had seen my vehicle in the drive thru getting ready to order when she got to work. She had started immediately on orders getting the drive thru caught up, but was not told about my order, but was told about another order that was 2 cars behind mine who ordered 2 Taco party packs they had pull around too. So they told her the wrong order to start making for me, so when she was confirming my order to make sure she was making mine, I told her that wasn't my order. It was actually the order that was 2 cars behind me that pulled around too. After waiting inside for 15 minutes, my order was complete. 45 minute wait in total. She had done her best to get my order out to me, along with doing what she could to make up for them having me wait outside without even starting to make the order. Thank you Lexi for trying to make our Taco Bell a better establishment.

They got our order wrong, and replaced the entire order. And let us keep the incorrect order. And brought my Son And I, more food. Like this location very much

It is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to close early, even if it is 15 minutes early. On 01/20/2021 I arrived at 2:47a.m. and the lights were out and the automated speaker said the restaurant was closed. If all your posted signs and Google Maps says that you close at 3a.m. then please stay open till 3a.m. because I drove all the way here, in some bad weather, for no reason.
