Rochelle was lovely and very professional! Although there had been some miscommunication from the guy that had originally quoted the job and the job that was given to her on the day she handled it very well and just got on with it. She is a credit to Clarity Hearing and they should be Proud to have a lovely, friendly and professional Engineer.

Our boiler was serviced by Clarity Heating recently. The office staff were very helpful in accommodating a suitable day when we could be at home and sent us a text the day before as a reminder. The engineer turned up on time, was polite, tidy, respected our property and knew his stuff. He even advised us on another issue we asked him about. Will definitely book again next year.

Very efficient and prompt communications and actions. Called in the morning and the engineer came in the afternoon on the same day. Also, did a thorough job identifying the source of the issue (had a high pitch noise) before ordering the part and fixing it. Can’t ask for more!

Excellent service! When the old conventional boiler packed it on Christmas Clarity Heating responded very quickly with an extremely competitive quote. They replaced the whole system with a combi boiler in less than two days while all the competitors were quoting mid to late January! Clean job carried out by courteous and professional engineers. Would definitely recommend them.
