I've been a member for three years or something now and can honestly say in that time that every class has been different. The thing I like is that you never watch the clock like in normal gyms (where you're given a training plan then pretty much ignored and left to get on with it). Because it's group training it pushes you much harder than if you were doing it on your own, and you can have a few laughs along the way too.

I adore being a member of Elyte - every staff member gets to know you and are genuinely interested in helping you achieve your goals. And the other gym members are like an extended family! The facilities are fantastic - especially the spin studio - far and away my favourite fitness facility in Ely.
I recommend finding another gym if you do individual workouts. Great gym and lovely staff, when they are open which is random at best. I have checked their website, google, and Facebook for their hours and they are all incorrect. I have mentioned this to staff several times and they dont seem to care. They are only guaranteed to be open during class times, if the class does not get cancelled.
Incredible gym and facilities. Great for group training whether you're a beginner or avid gym goer! Everyone is so friendly and fun!
