Sac Valley Clean Window and Gutter Cleaning

I had a great experience to start with but then things started to get a bit weird... Come to find out the man who set up my phone runs vision computer repair or at least gave me a card about Vison Computer Repair at 740 Aultman suite 2 Ely, NV . Well he kept running in the back to program my phone outside the camera view and mine. I only was suspicious at first because I've never had that happen like that. There is no need to program a users private details and authentication processes without there knowledge. So I get a new I phone and then get locked out. Well This person add his number or the wrong one so I have no access but whoever has that number surely does..... This means this employee either did this on purpose to scam people or simply makes huge errors of privacy regularly.. What's worse is that the manager was on the phone with him on facetime during the whole process. I hope she was not accidently recording everyone's conversations and or information through that source. Hopefully her phone was secure. I literally need help sorting out how much personal data is given up to users at this location. This is very unfortunate and clearly being in the cyber security business this is extremely frightening to say the least. I then proceeded to have problems with hum system he installed in my truck. I literally got in an accident shortly after that. This is a very troubling experience. I've already made a formal complaint to Verizon corporates. BEWARE HACKERS MIGHT BE USING THESE UNEDUCATED BOYS AND GIRLS TO STEAL YOUR DATA. I hope when I come back by that they will be able to fix this and give me a phone I can use safely and not feel worried about identiy theft. Thank you kindly.

My daughter and I recieved new phones and was having issues setting my daughter's phone up. Phone tech support was not that great. So we're went to the Ely Verizon store and a nice young lady helped solve our problems with the best customer service I've seen in a long while. Didn't catch her name, but want to thank her.

When I left my phone with them, the service rep left a 4 star review on my phone without my consent. I only found out when I had an email about a review getting views.

They try really hard to sell you stuff you don’t want and talk down at you when you refuse. when i refused the insurance the lady paused and looked at me and then proceeded to tell me (like I was stupid and like I’ve never had a smart phone before) how much it would cost to replace the screen and other parts if accidentally damaged. Then when I refused to buy a case and screen protector from her she did it again. I took the insurance, but told her I didn’t want anything else from her and that I was getting my screen protector and case from the companies I always get them from. I later went back to return my phone because it wasn’t for me and they insisted the manager had to be there so they had me running back and forth only to tell me that they were going to charge me for the ear pods I didn’t use on top of the restock fee and then the manager proceeded to lecture me about how I should have known what phone I wanted to begin with and that I should have known my options. Completely unprofessional and to be honest I may have made better decisions if the first time around wasn’t such a bad experience and I didn’t just want to get out of there. Wasn’t a good experience buying from here at all. Doing any other business I need to do with Verizon online or with actual corporate stores.
